Captain Richard Vendin is a pirate, like all pirates he can't be described as honorable or honest. He can't get rich off honor or honesty, so why bother?
He's free to make his own way in the world.
When a noble-born mage turns up in the desert declaring himself king and taking away the liberties Richard enjoys, he and his notorious crew just might have to do something about it.
